With over 35 years of experience operating urban industrial businesses in cities like Boston, Greg understands what it takes to move a property from forgotten to functional. His background in waste management, organic recycling, and environmental remediation gives him unique insight into both the challenges cities face and the opportunities these spaces hold.
His leadership is grounded in deep relationships with local governments, state and federal agencies, private-sector partners, and - most importantly - local community members.
